Changing The Age of The Rookies in Dynasty Mode

Hi Everyone i was wondering how can i change the age of the rookies on dynasty mode,because they are really old only 2 players from all are 19 years old,please tell??? And if you can a little more specific comments.

Only way to do this is dbf editing. Open the file players.dbf from your save folder with DB Commander. Find lines with rookies. Then search for the field "BIRTHDATE". You'll find 8 numbers there, for eg 19850202. 1985 is the year. So to make a rookie younger, simply enter one of the next years.
