missing "exit to windows" button

hi. i just wanna ask if theres anybody there who has experienced the missing "exit to windows" button on the top right of the main menu?

it is there at first but after playing a game, it's gone on the main menu. and also after exiting dynasty mode.

what's this?

i've had that too sometimes. not always, but sometimes it disappears for some reason
just press ALT-F4 to exit.

oh.. im not alone. hhehe. what i do is i play a game again and then from there i exit.

i almost forgot about alt+f4
