where should i paste the file alley.rar to enable alley hoop in my keyboard? pls help me coz i want to win a slamdunk contest

Any file that is a .rar file is not actually a file for the game but rather a compressed file. You need to open it with WinRAR and than extract the files inside.
And I'm going to see them in Toronto!
