ASA looking for 2 owners...

Wed Nov 02, 2005 12:56 pm

The ASA is looking for 2 new owners. We are looking to fill the ownership of the Charlotte Bobcats and the Dallas Mavericks.
We use NBA live 06 for PC and this is a NON MODEM league. We play 3 games a week, 2 human vs CPU and 1 CPU vs CPU or as we call it, a sim game. So thats 3 games a week. If you are interested in joining the league please go to the sign up page and register. We will send out applications, go over the ones who respond, and then choose 2 new owners.

thank you!

PS. if someone could post a quick little message about this on the NLSC front page that would be perfect. thanks!

Barnsey gives his official vouch for this league. (Y)

I've been in it for almost 2 years and it's heaps of fun. (Part of the reason why i don't post at nlsc anymore, haha, too busy with this). So come and join.

But please, no retards.

Isn't that CPU vs. CPU thing kinda boring? :(

I've thought of joining this league but since I've read that...

Don't get the wrongg idea... it's cpu vs. cpu for the games you don't actually play (and you can just go away from the computer while it plays). But for the games you do play, it's human vs. cpu, and you submit the scores. (i.e. save stats). There's 2 human games a week, and 1 sim game (cpu vs. cpu) a week.

You have to be pretty deticated to get into this, but once you do, it's loads of fun. And once you get to know all the members, it's even more fun. Because they're all great people, unlike most "sim" leagues, where they're all usually like 'OMG FUKN TRADE ME D STEVNSN HE CAN DUNK!!@!!!@!@#@#%@$#%"

Yeah, I already signed in. Thanks Nick. I'll try it out if the ASA guys pull me in.

Any chance I could get in on the ASA action? I was in the league for a while last year, but had to drop out. Things have settled down now and I'm itching to get back in!
