DB Commander Question

How does one go about adding a record to the .dbf files using DB Commander? I wanted to add some jersies to the teamgear.dbf and did not see the ability to do so in DB Commander and I believe MSExcel messes up the file.

Have the bottom record selected and hit the down arrow
