Problem with all roster patches

Why is it that all roster patches decrease the hell outta the primacy? like for iverson.. his primacy is like 37.. when it should be like 99.. i think this goes with every roster patch i downloaded.. if u check it in dbf commander.. i think u will all find the same hting.. wats goin on here?

?? how would making iverson 37 primacy be realistic?
well i actually dont think its the patchers fault.. it mite be a problem in the program (dbf) or somethin. cuz i just downloaded ben's rosters.. and it clearly says
- No ratings updated as of this point. Coming in subsequent versions.
and still iversons primacy is 37.. and other people's primacy has drastically changed.
