Editing NBA Live 06

Where is the data located?

I see the DBFs for the game's natural state but I can't figure out where to edit stuff for my dynasty. Or do I have to go and do all those edits all over again in the DBF editor?

All your saved stuff are located in the \My Documents\NBA Live 06\saves\

Is there anything more friendly than DB Commander for editing 06?

Well this one is very good, although not so user friendly (maybe it's the one your using). It's never caused any problem with the game or anything like that, so it's very solid; on the other hand Excel might be more user-friendly, but it's known to cause problems when editing Lives .dbf files.
I don't know any other free .dbf editing program, and I've stuck to DB Commander and it works great, so I'd recommend you to use that one.

MS Excel!

There used to be a really easy to use WYSIWIG editor for Live '04 that allowed you to edit player heights and such; how do I do that now? I can't match appearance IDs in the appearance dbf to the player names in the players dbf!
