Because Kobe has a weird tattoo. I didn't notice any problems with other players tattoos, looks at Ricky Davis on one of the pics on this page.

personaly, i think pdub's and faz's patch combined brings this, bs ea put out called a game, to shame, gr8 job fellaz, as far as the tats, imo, i think they look 100% better, there clear and dark, like a tat should look,so good job, and thx for yall hard work on this.

hm.. i still dunno. both have their faults... like on the face.

fasz's is sometimes too dull whereas some parts on cy's look too unrealistically shiny and the arms of the vein looks like the lifeforce from Final Fantasy

after 2 games played with his lit I don't like it cuz it looks like as we play outdoor not indoor (not realistic light) and the sweat looks a little dried but its pretty cool

Cy ber, I think the diffuse lighting in your patch for the players is a bit high, why not try 1.5 or 1.4 instead of 2.0. The reason is when you turn up diffuse lighting too high it starts to look like lighting is off in detail settings, imho. The sweat is much more noticeable from a gameplay perspective when there isn't so much diffuse lighting. Turn it up to like 3.0/4.0 and you'll see what I mean. The specular values are what bring the sweat out.

I downloaded the patch..it looks great..

maybe you can try chand the arena lightning cause it suck(I mean the crowd)
most of the arenas..the crowd, exept the 3d ones, is dark...and that very lame...maybe you can do somthing like the next gen..

another idea:
maybe try to make all the crowd 3d or somthing...

i try Fasz and cyberfuk's path both, all of they r really good, Fasz path simlation the realistic effect,but i think cyberfuk's effect make the players much more prespective, little be like animation skills called "cartoon shader", the dark area pretty dark,the shader looks awesome~~but i have to say it's little bit like striong sunshine effect. might be can reduce little.nice job~!

well, got good news and bad news, about this patch atleast for me, 1st this is a good patch appreciate the hard work, the bad is after recent review, ive found that this patch is not compatible, with seraph's 1-19 patch, at first i thought maybe the lit files were causeing my allstar game to crash, until i took those out, and just place this patch, still crashed, then i went back and got just the cmntex file, still crashed, then i thought about it, and i remeber that when i had this patch, everything else would work fine, but for some reason when i was trying to play allstar game it would crash, then it was vice versa, after i got the shoes in the game, the patch would not work, would crash at the allstar game, only on the intro's, so was wondering can you do something about this?

the lit file works fine, but its something in the programming because as i said above, when this patch was released it worked, but soon as i tryed to add the shoes it went into crash mode, now that i got the shoes , and try to install it it crashes right back to destop, maybe no 1 else noticed it because they may not let the intros play all the way out, they might skip that and go st8 to the game this is in regualar game mode and the dynasty, any 1 with seraph's shoes plz test this, ive installed mod for mod and this is the only thing crashing.
