missing players (zimmerman released)

I think the portraits need some fixing too. You need to change the ebo file, because inside it there are a reference to the player package. Example: If you're making a portrait of John Lucas and you make him based on Moochie Noris files, so you have to edit the ebo file, find the string MONORRI and replace it for JOLUCAS.

After that, when you import the four portrait files to the BIG file, you need to click "rebuild" until the numbers besides the name of the file stop changing.

i re-named some files like bassmann suggested and i edited the .ebo files

please tell me if it works this time, than i will realese the rest.

There is something wrong with the portrait file. It caused NBA Live to crash for me. The fsh file for the portrait is good. I took the portrait file for aaron mckie and extracted the ebo, const and apt file. Renamed them to JOLUCAS.*. Used a hex editor and changed the line in the ebo file. Imported the four files into McKie's portrait file and then renamed this file. Now the game works. One of the three files is corrupted.

As far as the cyberface. The eyes don't match up for the headshape you used. In my opinion, I don't worry if the headshape is not perfect. Some patchers try dozens of headshapes until they are satisfied. I try to find a headshape that is similar to your player and a player similar in size. Since Lucas is 5-11 and 165lbs find a player similar in size and headshape. Maybe Chucky Atkins or Tyronn Lue. Of course you'll need some hair if you choose Atkins. Lower the opacity of Lucas' face until the eyes, ears and nose line up with the Atkins face. Then bring the opacity back up and do your blending. Create the FSH file. Load the game. Start a game and pause, use the instant replay to check the results.
