I put them all in the sgsm folder but X through XIII won't show up for shoes. I wanna give Kobe his PE shoes real bad.

delete the entier folder [database] under "\My Document\NBA LIVE 06"
replace the file [shoesacc.dbf] for all your save foldes (including your roster)
also replace the one in "C:\\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 06\database\origdb"
finally replace the [locale.eng] in "C:\\Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA LIVE 06\loc"
