Crashing in the game

First, my appologies for my bad english.

I just get the NBA Live 2006 game and there is a problem.

I can install the game, launch a game but while i am playing, in the second or third quarter, my computer is blocked and i have to reboot my computer.

So i bought NBA live 2005, hopping it would work but there is the same problem.Did anyone meet this? Do you know what have i to do?

I'd recommend the usual troubleshooting techniques; disable any programs running the background, such as anti-virus/security software. It's probably as common an issue as it once was but it's one of the first places to look.

Thank you for the ansewer. I tryied to disable everythings, i upadtes my videocard, but the probleme is always here...I getting crazy.

Are you having any issues with any other games (EA or otherwise)?
