NBA 06 Draft Players (06 draft) problems

i'v created the first round of this year draft and somthing wierd happend
when i tried dynsty with them they all became worst as the season passed i'v tried to maximize the learning and the worktech of each of them to 99 tired to minimize it to 0 (saw that lebron kobe and dwight howard got it so i tried) and i tried to randomly choose numbers
and it still doesnt work can some1 help?
Ps
after couple of seasons i saw that thier cyberface changes any ideas?
do u want me to upload it ?(there are no exect cyberface and no portriets tough)
