Pink players

I've got a fairly new computer which is pretty fast (I bought it about 3 months ago, but I'm no tech person, so sorry I don't know the specs) and everything in Live 06 runs fine. But when I go to play an actual game or edit a player, the players are bright pink and the crowd background is black. Is this a graphics card issue or can this be fixed some other way?
IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.

Sorry, sorry I know I should have found this out earlier. 
I have this according to EA's EasyInfo program:
Microsoft Windows XP
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
448.5 MB of RAM
3000.3MHz processor speed
Direct X Version 9.0c
VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP display device
64 MB display memory
Now can someone please help?
