why everybody think that josh smith block raiting is too high if his block raiting is so bad then should be Yao ming's block raitnig smaller.josh smith blocks more shots than yao .

What about Stromile Swift? 11.8 ppg most in a season? 78 rating?

but that is a different case. Swift at 78 is ok because he is a pretty good dunker and jumper and dunking and jumping rates don't have much to do with stats. Moreover, he only played 21,3 mpg last season so 10,1 ppg is pretty good. General ratings are only based on the time the player was on court.
However, players like Stromile doesn't really play as a 78 rated player because they have a low stamina so they get tired fast.
All in all, Swift's rating is not bad. Joe Johnson and Iguodala are bad .

Guys who's ratings were upped just so they could have freestyle superstar ability.
Tayshaun having a very high rebound and block rating when he averages 5 boards and less than 1 BPG.
Joe Johnson having an 85 steal rating.
J-Rich having an 80+ defensive awareness rating etc...
