Tips on creating Cyberfaces?

Just a question please..... I have managed to create a cyberface for my created player but it seems like whenever I put in the files in the game I have a different face!!! My question is if ever I am starting from scratch, what factors should I consider in picking who's NBA Player face to extract from players.viv? Should I pick the player that looks more like me? Or choose a player that resembles my head shape? Or it goes hand in hand? I remember cocobee posted his picture and was able to seek help from our friendly mods and he was able to somehow match his cyberface.

I've been reading so much in this forum that's why I was able to create a cyberface, I just need a little help from you guys so I can make it almost perfect. I will try to post my picture and my created cyberface for reference. I appreciate your help guys God bless you!

Personally for me the most important thing when you are making yourself in the game is the headshape match. The skintone of the body can be changed, but the headshape can't.
