how do we provide this to be visible on the court ?

Which flashing icon are you talking about? the one where it flashes when a superstar gets the ball? That's already visible i think

flashing icon when playmaker gets the ball then he passes
halfcourt then there is a thing that flashes on the court
then playmaker goes onto it then he launches his play.
