Thanks for posting it (y) I put it on the main page.

The graphics and presentation is amazing, but the gameplay doesn't seem right... Looks like a choppier version of Live 2005 + 06. Would be nice if they could have some new stuff, but I guess that's something for future versions..

it looks good just look at that crowd :!: i like the camera angle but the heads and hands in the way to make it look realistic would just getting annoying but its a nce feature

Wed Oct 12, 2005 1:54 am

lol, that's not in the game. They film the tv while two guys are playing it.

Wed Oct 12, 2005 1:55 am

the graphics are so damn good...its like watching a movie made by the people who created finding nemo...this is just beautiful

Wed Oct 12, 2005 1:57 am

oh  now thinking about it it would look cool if EA added that in to the courtside camera to make it feel like your really in the crowd

man the guy playing as the heat sucks.

I'm not too impressed by the gameplay...it looks a little choppy to me. But the graphics look great. Although, I'm dissapointed by the jersey movement. It looks like NBA 2k5.

i agree, the graphics and presentation is amazing, but the gameplay...

These graphics with good animations, and no sliding = good game, but for now, not too impressive gameplay wise.

One thing that's bothering me is the jumpshots, is that the person holding the button too long, or did they change it?

Wed Oct 12, 2005 6:18 am

I think the shot control is still the same. I had some trouble gettign used to the shooting for NBA Live 06 at first because I never played the game before, and the players' FG% has change from Live 2005. Also when there are new graphics, you gotta get used to the look of the game before you can actaully shoot and stuff.

y does the rim look like nba 2k6's

Wed Oct 12, 2005 10:41 am

weird. the animation is all stiff and clunky like the 2k games.
From what i've seen he PC version almost looks better in motion.

The close ups look wicked, but really, who cares about cut scenes?

Wed Oct 12, 2005 10:48 am

are all this graphics and animation going to be available in live 07 PC?

is there a way or patch to make the reflections in live 06 PC more detailed? becoz the reflection only show is the shoes the ball and the leg. doesnt show shorts or some shirt reflections only when your angle is near the flood not in press court.

i want the reflections more like in 2k6.

2k6 for xbox 360 looks like sh*t

the graphics in this are alot better then 2k6's but the gameplay looks like 2005's

ewwww live 05 (N)

they hav long ass arms...even the crowd....One thing i know fo sho is dat dis new gen version is not something worth buying. not that it's gonna suck more than the 06 we have right now, but its gonna have the same moves and gameplay as the current 06, no frachise mode, and no additional features. my wait fo 07 started since the very first moment i played 06 nd i juss hope they could keep the stellar graphics but improve on every other aspects of the game

And what planet are you from? I ask because I think you're talking from Uranus.
