Postby wargreymon54321 on Thu Oct 13, 2005 5:23 am

its nyko air flo, bought it a week ago cuz i cant do back down with keyboard :(
hmm, its pretty good, but once, my player was walking downward himself, and the analog wasnt stuck or anything like that. when i unplugged and plugged in and restarted game, everything worked out fine again. so should i go trade a new 1 or do i continue using this one since it was fine for the most part? i am new at using controllers, so any suggestions? thanks

I have the same gamepad. I'v never had any problems with it. You probably just need to go into your control panel and calibrate it. Its a really good controller and it has 13 buttons. If you press the Left and Right analog sticks down you should be able to use the 12th and 13th buttons ( just like a Dual shock Ps2 gamepad).

If I was you I'd go ahead and keep it cause its a really good gamepad. Up until last year when I bought it I was always using the Gravis Eliminator Aftershock 2. But when I started having problems with the Gravis cutting off on me in the middle of game and having to unplug and re-plug it back up to get it to work I bought the Nyko controller.

BTW I have a friend of mine that really likes the Gravis gamepad and he went out and bought like 6 of em cause they were being discontinued at Circuit City. I think he got em for like 10 bucks a piece. Unfortunatley He still can't use the directional pad for play calling and the rumble effect has never worked in any games
