Changing size of heads and shoes?

As you now size of heads and shoes make bodymodels in nba 06 (04,05also) so unreal,there is any way to get them smaller?

Nope.
In 2004 we had a tool (O-Edit) that could edit almost any shape in the game, but in 2005 EA completely changed the format, and it's the same for 06.
So until there comes out another editor like that again, there's nothing we can do about stuff like that.
