I just found out Those codes are same for P.C and Possibly XBOX.

what or who is s carter? i first thought that it was vince carter but its s carter.

its sean carter, or as his alter ego Jay Z. If you havent seen it, he has a reebok tv ad, kind of like the allen iverson reebok one.

The cheat regarding the NBA points makes sense.
