Hey Andrew. I was lookin at the players.dbf and I found for example: Pablo Prigioni, Leonardo Gutierrez, Gabriel Fernandez (Argentina National Team), Patrick Femerling (Germany). Why?

Because the rosters are originally converted from the 08 rosters, which include eight FIBA teams.

Still can't set a date for the next release of NBA Live PC or any of the other roster updates, but here's a progress report.

Can't really be done pre-loaded, sorry. You might want to check out the Tutorials section though, in the Submissions section there's a work-in-progress guide to skipping ahead to the correct season you might want to try out.
