Problem Help!!??

I tried to install nba live 06 later on it gets stuck on 53 % and when i tried to open the Rungame.exe it doesn't open , how to fix?

More info needed; system specs, error messages, condition of the NBA Live 06 discs (if there are scratches on the second disc, that may be causing some problems).
