contorl and unlock ?

is there anyway to controal more than 1 team at a time in 06. second isunlocked is the tirgger in teamgear, get but is 0 unlock or 1 unlock. thank you for your time. third is dbf commander the dbf editer that stable working with dbf files. its a little pricy and i'd like wrok with different dbf files so i need something that will work right,but not cost a alot being on limited disabled budget

sounds like a shock or freeze situation to me

1. Yes, it's possible in Season and Playoff Mode
2. Yes, a value of 1 indicates a jersey is unlocked in teamgear.dbf
3. Yes, DB Commander is a stable editor for the dbf files

i guess part of my ? wasnt qute clear and thats my mistake, so let try this another way dbf commander is what been used and recommended around here and is listed in the main download area, but what i asking is there another program i can use that'll do the same thing and is stable enough. (not currputting the files or thing like that) to use, as dbf commander is vary good but a little pricy and i'm vary lnited in money becuase of perment disably. born with it, so i dont have a alot to spend for something like that right now.

You can use DB Commander free of charge, a couple of the features are locked after the trial period but you're still able to make changes to the player data without any problems. You could also try DBF Viewer Pro. You might want to run a search for DBF editors at Download.com or ZDNet's software library as I'm sure there's some other feasible alternatives.

you don't need to edit a file in Playoffs and Season, it's a in-game option

You can edit teams.dbf, specifically the ISHUMAN value to True and you will be able to control two teams. However, you can only access the PDA for one of the teams (whichever comes first in alphabetical order) so it doesn't really work out the way you'd want.
