Whenever I load up a modded floor, it shows up black. Anyone else seeing this?

No I havent. I just downloaded courts which are advertised for 2k26, that didn't come with any instructions other than place the files in the mods folder.

Ill admit, this is the first time modding 26, and normally im up to speed with the modding process but havent kept up this year.

Is there a process you can share for courts?

Just tried it. No luck. Someone mentioned to me that there's a process you need to do to convert floors from 2k25 to 2k26 but I can't find that anywhere. Plus the floors I downloaded are advertised as 26 floors so they should work

Try downgrading your NBA 2K26 exe to an earlier version. One of the recent updates broke mod compatibility, and reverting to an older build usually fixes the issue. Not sure if the latest patch resolved it yet, though.
