Changing crowds to blacktop models help wanted

Hi
I realised the blacktop crowd is very different to the NBA crowds and I'd like to swap them in. I hate the NBA crowd having far too many men in shirt jackets and ties.
I copied the crowd_blacktop and crowdanim_blacktop and renamed to blacktop to nba but the games either crash or have corrupted gfx.
Has anyone managed to swap these successfully?

I also tried to edit the crowd_master.SCNE to remove any jacket or buttondown ref but that doesn't seem to have worked either.

Did you also change the crowd_blacktop_clothing to crowd_clothing inside the renamed iff

pretty sure I changed the 3 _blacktop_ and also the _college_ file

Nope... It didn't crash but there's no crowd in stadium.
