2nd Round draft picks

I'm coming from console and wondering does the pc version allow the cpu to sign their 2nd round draft picks in Myleague or at least a mod that allows it?

The PC version of NBA 2K24 is identical to PS4/X1 in terms of features and functionality in MyLEAGUE.
