How can I modify a sign in the crowd?

I can't find which .iff files store crowd signs. For instance, there's people in the crowd at United Center that hold up a sign that says "See Red!". I want to change that sign but I can't find it anywhere.

I tried looking in s003, f003, and some other random .iff files. Wondering if anyone has figured this out yet? I'm going to keep searching in the mean time. Thanks

The signs are on the crowd_XXX.iff file. Lower right corner. [TwisT] made a crowd template if you need one. I think you can just edit the original file since that area has no shading.

Search for it in the 2k20 or 2k19 sections.

Bassman thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction here. I haven't figured it out yet but just 5 minutes of searching all of [Twist]'s mods and instructions and I think this is going to get me where i want to go.
