OG Tune Squad Jerseys?

Does anyone have/can make the original Tune Squad Michael Jordan jerseys in NBA 2K21? Obviously in a mod, of course. I've tried to make my own mod for it, but the game kept crashing so I'm leaving it to y'all to help me with this one. Thanks!
