Extracting original city jerseys

How to extract original, updated this year city jerseys? When I do this with NBA2K21 Export Console the old city jerseys extracts. But in game, with official rosters update we have new, this year city jerseys. How to extract them?

they are in the file SYNC.bin. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\xxxxxxx\1225330\local\SYNC.BIN

And how to extract from SYNC?
convert .bin file to zip with WinRar and then open with 7zip. But this long process and SYNC.bin its a one big .iff file. Any files inside be a .dds etc...
