Steam crash problem

Hi, I've got a clean install of nba 2k21nd once I go to teams select screen it crashes and throws me back to desktop.
From the moment I purchased it, I haven't been able to play a single game.
Any suggestions?

Verify your installation.
Start Steam. Click on NBA 2K21. Click Manage (the gear symbol). Click properties. Click local files. Click on verify integrity of game files.

Yes, that's the first thing I did.
At, first my guess was there's something wrong with the mkdded files, but now I have a clean install.

Be sure that your computer matches the minimal requirements, specially cpu instructions support

sticky-fingers, yes it does. Although, I think it might be the processor thingy.
The funny thing is that it actually runs fine to the moment when it loads the match/ptactise.
