Help court modding.

Hi guys.
I'm trying to replace the Lakers's court for the one i modded:(updated)


But, looks like i forgot how to identify the correct file to replace.
This is how my f015.iff looks like (extracted with NBA_2K17_Explorer_v0.52):


So i have "my_modded_lal_court.dds", but i can't figure out wich .dds file should i replace...
It used to be so simple in 2k18, but now i'm kind of lost.
What am i doing wrong?

Update:

Now i can see my court in game, but looks like it is shrinked...
Will Barton is inside the court but it looks like he is outside.

You have to resize the texture to 4096x4096. Should work then.

I'm using Lagoa's template from last year, it used to work without any problem on 2k18...

My steps: Edit the template > save as .dds > replace into the f0xx.iff > put inside waigua folder > profit!

Do you have a 2k19 template i can use?

No I use the 2K18 template. I don't understand why it wouldn't be working... it looks like your problem is that the texture is the wrong resolution.

I used this one already...
Could you confirm the size (6144 x 3072)? I think the correct size is 8051 x 4096.
