IFF texture editor (for uniforms)?

I know 2K16 is an old game, but I cba with the newer ones.
I want to edit and import custom uniforms into the game, but I can't find IFF texture editor. Does anybody know where I can download from?

Looking for Looyh’s NBA 2K Tool (Explorer with DDS import/export) for 2K16.
I only have GregKWaste’s v0.40 viewer. Can anyone share a working mirror?

You don't need a IFF editor. Nearly 100% of the game's iff files you can open with winrar/7zip. Just gotta drag the files in/out of it.

Isn't that mostly for Cyberfaces mods though? Winrar & 7zip.
