Why?

Why was my first account PAMPERS banned? I didn't recall anything that I did that is wrong? I wasn't even notified by e-mail about it. If the past administrators did so before in issuing warnings or even put names on the banned list, why can't the new administrators do the same. It felt frustrating to go online and be banned just that.
Can someone tell me why?
If it's really that bad, you can delete this account afterwards I get the reason.

From what I learned about why you got banned, your IP address was the same as JamesCameron, and having two accounts are not allowed.

lol actually James is my older brother. We have our grandma too but she don't use the internet.
Well this will be a problem indeed. James didn't tell me he was banned because he is not here (on vacation ) and I was hoping to have my previous account back and rid of this one if possible. We have a mini computer cafe outside our home with 6 computer stations. I am guessing if any of our users uses those for logging in they will register too as same Internet Provider?
