I think it's too "busy". Too much going on for it too look nice. I don't like the picture & his hand just looks alien-ish. I also don't like how you broke from dots to plain.

I've seen better from you, personally, I don't like the Bryant. The experts could disagree since it could be a great work looking at difficulty and all, but me, myself, no likes it.

You should either lower the opacity of the dots or change the blending mode. They don't look too good right now.

Putting that semi-circle through his head is the only thing I don't like. Kind of distracting. Other than that he may be a little overblurred, but it looks great. Nice text.
