Air Alert III

I didnt know where to put it so...
Does some of u use AA3 ?
I just want to know is it worth buying

I used AA2 and it deffinately works if you stick to the program. It is physically demanding though.

To maximise results you should have a good diet in place.

And get plenty of rest... I did it for a month without getting enough rest and didn't get the expected results
