"Santa" wants my Christmas list tonight, but I don't know what I want. I let my birthday pass by last month getting some boring stuff. I don't want to let Christmas pass by with getting nothing fun. Any ideas for what I should as for?

Playstation Portable's are fun and cheap.
You can play games, listen to music, watch movies/videos and browse the internet on it. Seems like a great gift for Christmas.

My friends seem to be getting Nintendo DS. I would get that too, but it just seems like N64 in a portable version. I already have the best games for N64 (Super Mario, Mario Kart), so it would be a waste of money.
I already have playstation 2. How does the interent work on PSP?

Wow, I can see where the fun comes from, but cheap? What are they, like 200 $/€?

Can mods be applied to PSP?
Yep they are $200.
Circuit City
Best Buy
I want to know how this internet works. Can you be anywhere? Is there additional accessories for it? Does the internet cost money to use?

Do you know what WiFi is? If you're in a place that has it (usually school, mcdonalds, starbucks, etc.) there is wifi there, and you can use the wirless high speed internet. at least where i live.

Yeah, you can be online on the PSP for free anywhere that has wireless internet available. It also has a web browser.
Mon Dec 18, 2006 9:10 am
Yeah is the web browsing free?
I have this router at my house. Would I be able to use that for the web?

They're selling the white version of the PSP with FIFA 07 included for €189 here... Black version with GTA Vice City stories included costs €219.
I don't think they're expensive for what they do... The iPod video is about €290 doesn't play all kind of videos or audio and you cannot play games on it, still it costs €50+ more than the PSP.

Then you got to by a memory stick too though.

I'm not sure what I want for Christmas, and apparently just money won't do. I have to come up with something. I was thinking a PDA maybe, but I'm not sure how much I would actually use that. What all can you do on it exactly? If I'm getting a laptop at graduation would I really need a PDA?
Mon Dec 18, 2006 10:41 am
No.
A PDA is for business type folks or nerds, showoffs could also be included. If you're getting a laptop, you've got the computer needs settled, PDA could be used for PC usage. So that's one scratched off. What else? An organiser? Since when did we stop making pens and agenda's? Those make you look way more important as it is. So there goes another. Music usage? That's a mighty expensive MP3 player there friend, you must be da bomb niguuh.
Ehm, so yeah, PDA's are for Paris Hilton and Sbhz Carlton Banks Mafia.
Now waits for someone who I really respect (hmm, one of the 3?) people to come in here & say they have a PDA.
Mon Dec 18, 2006 10:44 am
DS!!! I don't have one but want one like hell!!!
Mon Dec 18, 2006 10:50 am
Why would you want a PDA? A computer has an organizer on it.

Nintendo Wii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cheaper than PS3 and Xbox360. Even with lesser graphics, the new playing style is what makes it more fun. Although you should wait for a couple more games to come out first.
