What is the worst country in the World?

The worst country in the World has got to be either Myanmar or North Korea, but that's too obvious so I'll go with southern England, it's a great place and all but the people just ruin it for me. Having been born in Argentina it's in my natural instinct to hate Englishmen. I specify southern England because I've been to Liverpool and the people there were actually really cool, but I found out later on it probably was because most of them were of Irish heritage.

As for great tourist destinations, Jackal said Curacao, I'll go with Aruba. It's pretty obvious but it's really a great place, it lives up to its expectations. The Canaries are also a very nice little place, although you may encounter the fat, shirtless, English people Jae mentioned. Ireland is also a great place to visit.
