I am a Heat hater as well, but sometimes you just have to stay sober and tell the truth: He has helped this team to the third straight Finals, which is definitely an accomplishment as so many things could turn wrong in three years of time and not many teams have managed this feat since the Lakers. Further he is a very very young coach. I don't know how Pop was in his first three years in the league. Or Pat Riley ... or George Karl, Phil Jackson, Chuck Daly ... name any coach who has a good reputation. They all had to make their experiences in order to improve I guess.
So three finals appearances in four (?) years of coaching - if that is not enough to show that he is not a bum (whic hdoes not mean he is GOAT!), then I dont know.

Just for the sake of conversation, how do you think Spo would of done with the Bulls this season in the playoffs? (while facing the same injuries Thibs faced)
