Jared Jeffries....for 30 mil over 5 yrs. damn Isiah I think your asking to get your ass thrown on the curb. Jeffries is a good hustle player but he cant shoot at all and hes not worth 6 mil a year.

The Knicks have a shot at turning it around this year. Once Isaiah walks a mile in the coach's shoes, he'll see that his Knicks team is a bunch of overpaid, overhyped losers.

Then again, I was shuffling through old newspapers from September 2005 or so last week that actually predicted the Knicks as a 4th-6th seed last season.

we just drafted renaldo balkman......... whats the need for jared jeffries???? the knicks need to sign a big man, who is going to block shots, grab rebounds, has alot of energy and stamina, and great overall defense.......then they can have eddy curry comin off the bench.......but the question is, is there a center like that available??

dat is the knicks fault for overpayin him..........but you cant start a person with no stamina and no defense, especially if you need him to play d.......and im just sayin that the knicks need a defensive center with stamina, not jared jeffries

well there isn't much bigmen avilable. Jamaal Maglorie was the last decent big man left, and not really what the knicks needed.
the only C i could think of that blocks, rebounds, hussles is Alonzo Mourning, but NY is the last team Mourning would sign with due to the drama btw NY/ Miami in the 90s.

edit- well darko seems to fit that criteria too lol

i still think that the knicks should aggresively try to get dalembert, because he fits that criteria well...........they should have tried to get nazr back...

MC Hao sighting!

Anyway I agree about the Nazr part, but he's not Isiah's kinda player.. I'm thinking IT wants to get a roster full of guards because they all want to play for him..

actually, before i seen him play in real life, i use to love jerome james.....on nba live 05 he was a defensive beast, so i thought he was like that in real life, i was sadly mistaken.......but if jerome james played with energy and excitement on the defenssive end, then he should start over curry..............question: what was the point of gettin curry??? is he worth a first round draft pick???.....i know he has some good offensive games sometime, but he never had a good defensive game and thats what they need, they already have scorers

Curry was about "potential"
Many bulls fans felt it was a bad move, even Andrew was against it intially. But now i think he is pleased with the outcome.
Curry still has potential, he ain't living up to it yet.

Jerome James is a good defender.. problem is he fouls a lot. Minus the fouls and he isn't half bad for a backup center ( tho still doesn't justify his contract but thats past history)

instead of mardy collins.....the knicks should have drafted solomon jones (33rd pick)......
accordin to nba.com these are his strenghts.
"Strengths: Good leaper, rebounder and shot blocker, who improved his game on both sides of the ball in his two years at South Florida. Runs the floor well and has good touch from the outside."

In his senior year, he averaged 13.2 ppg, 9.8 rpg, and 3.1 bpg.......

but instead of this guy, they go and draft a point guard, who is never going to play...when they need defense in the paint.......the sad thing is, that the coach is the gm, so he makes bad decisions off the court, which is very likely that he will make bad decisions on the court.....

edit: i just saw that chris wilcox is till a free agent, yet IT is tryin to sign jeffries

You play Live way too much.

Jared Jeffries is a scrub. He isn't quick or very athletic, can't shoot at all, can't finish with ease, isn't a defensive stopper and now IT is going to give him a contract which will make him hard to move. I thought Dolan is really planning to bring this team under the cap in 3-4 years, but now I see that wasn't exactly the case.

I was just expressing my thoughts, I don't fucking care what you think, m'kay? Your posts suck and so does your grammar.

Now I get what Jae and Jackal are trying to say:
