Fixed the Erik Murphy headshape. His neck was too long, and head too big.

Alexey Shved - Fixed the large headshape, also gave him shorter hair and fixed skintone issues. Also updated with the goatee

Also this. Fixed his skintone and also his right eye was looking out to the side before, so it has been straightened
