NBA 2K16 Starting Lineup Mod

This mod replaces the default startinglineupflat2team in NBA 2K14, and replaces it with an NBA 2K16 type presentation that was seen in the starting lineups sequence right before tip-off

Impressive, once again all the persistence has paid off! From seeing the WIP screenshots, it looked pretty fiddly to get everything how you wanted it.
