Is it possible to set/edit retired numbers? - (NBA 2K14)

Hi everyone, my question is quite simple, is it possible to set or modify the retired numbers of the teams? Either with RED MC or another tool. If possible please let me know

I mean, on MyCareer, when you go to "Team History" it shows the retired numbers of each team (as well as the championships won, playoff appearances) so I want to know if its possible to edit/add numbers on that section either with RedMC or another tool

I have seen that field somewhere, but I'm not finding it right now on REDMC.
