Editing In Game Video Files

Hey everyone,
I was commissioned to create a mod for a local business and I'm using Philli as a base team for one of the rosters, and some game intros show the "blimp_phl_williampenn_cityhall-q75" before the game starts. Using REDMC I have changed the bottom line from Philadelphia to Bankstown, and am looking at editing IFF files for text (also REDMC) to edit the city hall text among other things.
I wanted to know if it was possible to edit and or replace the in game videos for NBA2K14.
I saw JaoSming put a new bootup video on his NBA2K14 day one live-stream, but that's all I've seen.
Care to help anyone?

It's possible to swap the file with one from another version of NBA 2K, but as far as I know, we haven't been able to create custom video files as yet.
