Team Color 2 Help

Hey guys, I hope you're all doing well,

Keep in mind this support thread is from the perspective from a junkie with no reasonable understanding of modding. To dumb it down, what I am looking to do is purely cosmetic -- I want to establish all "Team Color 2" options within the Gear and Shoes tab in the player editing interface, as white at home, and black on the road for all teams (with the exception of the Lakers). This is already apparent in several teams, such as the Bulls, Cavaliers, Heat, Pacers, etc. However teams such as the Pistons, Spurs, Hawks, Knicks, Suns etc. have "Team Color 2" set as colors relating to the team, such as Blue for the Pistons.

I am not sure if this is done through the "Global" file, or the roster. I do have a RED MC Licence with (hopefully) the necessary options to do this. In the case there are any "Global" files with what I am looking for, I would appreciate it if one of you could point me in the right direction; and in the case there isn't, how can I do this myself? And better yet, if anyone wants to heavily assist me in doing this I would be more than happy to put forward a monetary payment.

It is done through the jerseys tab in RedMC. If you have the MyFriend Panel, it will save you a lot of time.
