game crashes on startup

I have the game on cd and when I start the game up it hangs on a black screen and I have to tab out of the game and close it manually. i have tried running the game as admin and it still wont work. can someone help me

i have done clean install of game twice and a full clean install of windows 7 with NO MODS and still no luck. no issues with other games and all drivers are up to date. game hangs at black screen at startup and if i wait like 5mins it goes to the lebron video and skips straight to like 5 secs in and hangs there and about 30secs later the video will skip ahead a few frames and hang up
