NBA2K14 Crash on Desktop

Can anyone help me? my nba2k14 crashes after 1st/3rd quarter ? does anyone out there know how to fix this issue ?any solutions or help is much appreciated . thanks

thanks for the answer man , I've already found the cause , it is because of the modded jersey i put in my nba2k14 folder.
