Resseting/deleting ingame records

Hey guys
I have a quick question...
Is is possible to reset or delete all in game preexisting reallife team and nba records...
I would like to play/simulate ultimate roaster database association 1977-2015... and I would like to see only records from my game
Is there a file that I can delete or edit that will let me just wipe them?
My guess is that it shouldn't be too much of a problem, considering it's probably just text, but my programin skills are non-existant and I couldn't find any file to do that by myself
