Trying to hex edit gear colors for 2Ks official roster

Hello all, I've been trying my hardest to figure out how to hex edit accessory colors for the PC version of 2K14 so that I can have a roster for myself as well as to share with the community since I know many others like myself would like a roster with correct gear colors. I followed seanbarkleys tutorial on how to change gear color using the aligned uniform code he provided as well as pasting it back into the .ROS file in hex workshop at the correct offsets and with help from JaoSming I figured out how to perform a checksum by deleting the first 4 bytes and replacing them with the checksum of my roster file but when I load it in game I always get an error message saying the file is corrupted. I have tried contacting some of the more experienced hex editors for help but haven't gotten any response so anyone with help please give me some pointers because I already have all the changes made in my .ROS file in hex workshop but after performing the checksum and loading it in game I keep meeting failure. I've spent a few weeks trying to figure this out so I come to the community for any kind of help/assistance so that I can get this roster out and working ASAP for us. Thanks in advance
P.S- do the hex colors have to be the same exact ones 2K used or can they be different ones? (I know black is FF000000 and white is FFFFFFFF but if I give the Knicks deeper shades of orange and blue instead of the dull shades 2K used will it corrupt the file? I even left the file as is except for one change where I gave the Knicks black headbands and sleeves on the road to see if custom colors was the problem but even just changing team color to black on the road it still was corrupted after check summing and loading it game )

Try asking/pm from Kova19 bro he was able to do it..

Hey Kris did Kova hex edit the gear colors for the roster he just released because the last time I was on his page he mentioned he was looking for someone to hex edit the team colors for his roster unless he recently figured it outKris wrote:Try asking/pm from Kova19 bro he was able to do it..
