Cyberface Help

I need help l tried to apply my own cyberface dexture dxt 5 but it turns out like this any help???

My arms are dxt1 already and i just changed the face texture not arms. to dxt 5

I dont understand just started happening other cfs from 2k14 work on james harden. but when i apply my face texture saved in dxt 5 it comes like that...

rh1no, i even reinstalled the game and put my own face texture in. still getting the same

reinstall the game - it's unnecessary, I'm using same tools and your effect is very strange
in 3DM textures looks fine or not?
do you edit Harden's pngXXXX from 2K13/14 or from 2K11/12 or maybe earlier?

3dm tool works fine, and the face texture comes out fine. i edited the original james harden png from 2k14.
