i mean what is wrong with 2k? this is no moded 2k11 and 2k9.

Yea honestly those graphics are amazing, looks like 2K has taken a step back graphics wise for current but has improved gameplay.

wow... they could made update/patch with updated gameplay and sell it in digital form just to update 2013 gameplay for around 10$... Almost same graphic like 2013, so little gameplay update would do a thing... there wasn't any need for retail, because they put all money on next gen game...

Well I booted up 2k13, which is slightly tweaked, and 2k14 looks better.

Not a major difference, but the colours are richer, and textures are sharper on the players faces etc

I agree, textures do seem alot sharper.
Some of the new cyberfaces though, their necks are too long.
